12-Month Subscription Plan
- Refund Window: You may request a refund within 15 days of your initial purchase.
- Deduction: A fee equivalent to the cost of two (2) months of service will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers processing fees and the initial cost of service setup.
- Requests made after 15 days will not be eligible for a refund.
6-Month Subscription Plan
- Refund Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Deduction: A fee equivalent to the cost of two (2) months of service will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
3-Month Subscription Plan
- Refund Window: You may request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase.
- Deduction: A fee equivalent to the cost of one (1) month of service will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund.
1-Month Subscription Plan
- Due to the short-term nature of this plan, the 1-month subscription is non-refundable. We highly recommend using our free trial to evaluate the service before purchasing this plan.
How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request based on the policy stated above and process it accordingly. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment where possible.
